About Us

The Penicuik House Project will be delivered by the Penicuik House Preservation Trust in partnership with the Scottish Lime Centre Trust. The aims of the partnership are:

To consolidate the ruin of Penicuik House
To provide a level of interpretation within the house and grounds which will enhance public understanding and awareness of the importance of the house and the designed landscape.
To deliver training opportunities for apprentice masons and other trades.
To manage and deliver apprenticeship training, educational training and practical training for the wider public.
